We got GREAT news from Dr. M today- Casey's 6-month CT scan was completely clean and free of lymphoma! And, all of the scar tissue and weird things that had been showing up on his last scan in his lungs had decreased in size. Dr. M was really pleased, and congratulated us! This was really fun for us, because the doctor usually doesn't show much emotion.
It was a great appointment, and a great way to round out a nice long weekend in New York together. We really had a nice time together, despite all the time he spent writing a memo from my couch. We saw a Broadway show, saw some friends, slept late, spent time with my family, and just got to be together. And Casey is coming back to New York in 2 weeks for my birthday!
