Good News!!!!

Dr. Moskowitz gave Casey an A- on his PET scan. Basically, the scan was clear, except for some activity right on his biopsy spot. Dr. M is not concerned, and thinks its probably some swelling or scar tissue. The rest of his body is clear from cancer, even his chest! So he'll get another PET scan in 4 weeks. If it looks better, he'll move on to radiation. If it is the same, Dr. M might want to biopsy the spot. Regardless, today was a big day, as we scheduled Casey's first appointment with the radiation doctor. Four more weeks of chemo, five weeks of radiation, and he's done!

Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers. We really appreciate it. Oh and Casey is feeling fine. Chemo was easy, and we were distracted as we met some special friends at the hospital tonight. Tomorrow may be rough, but we are on the couch, full, and watching Grey's.
