Hopefully, today's scan will show NO cancer, but we'll find out Thursday. Casey's PET scan went well. They did not make him go on a crazy diet this time, and he said it did not take too long. He felt fine afterwards, and had dinner with me, my brother, and Ashlee.
Things are really going well for him, and he seems to be feeling okay through it all. Your prayers and well wishes are really helping him along. Please keep praying for good results on Thursday. Thursday is also a chemo day, which is going to be one of the rougher ones (same as Round 1, think nachos), so we'll need some prayers for that too.
Special thoughts and prayers go out today to my Aunt Lora and her family on the passing of a very special man, her father, Martin Schmidt.
